The rooms are nice with a variety of amenities, but be careful because there appear to be quite a few hidden costs. Otherwise, the service was terrific with really quite nice staff, and the location provided quick access to the Normandy beaches (if you had a car).

Bad first: The room smelled overwhelmingly of fresh paint, the "heated pool" isn't heating, the free WiFi is not working, and we had no hot water last night when we arrived. They close at 7 and their emergency number went to a machine. The next day we were told the pool heater was recently fixed and began heating days ago..... Two days in and I'm skeptical to their claims that it's now heating. My kids don't want to swim in the pool because it's very cold. The hot water was working this morning, but the WiFi is still out and today they informed me that they don't know when it will be fixed. It sounds like it'll be at least a few days.

Stayed in July 2012. Awesome country, awesome facilities. Management and staff a little rude though. Would stay again.

Good rooms and service

Good: Great location. Within a few minutes walk of beaches and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice apartment style rooms. Cheap (but not free) parking at 5€ per day. Cell signal exists, but is weak and tends to drop out in the rooms. Very near two gas stations and about 15 minutes from most of the memorials/museums.

Well the price was good in comparison to the quality you got. The shower was a bit broken but still useable and I have the warn you that you don't get a tea stain on the table because it's hard to wasb away. But I'm still happy with the apartment.

Nice location in City center. Swimming pool, rooms with kitchen. Good place to start Omaha beach visit.

I am very disappointed with that hotel because the WiFi is not working in the bedrooms. And the bathrooms are not a very good ones. And the bedrooms are not clean enough. Sincerely I don't recommend this hotel. Basically because now a days a hotel without WiFi is not useful for people who has to work o for teenagers.

Generally a good hotel. There were some quirks, such as the Wi-Fi not working during my stay, but i enjoyed it regardless.

I love staying here as I come as a tour guide and everything is so neat and clean and tranquil. The reception is always organised and efficient.
Breakfast is perfectly adequate and there are plenty of cheap and good eatery's minutes walk away. Check out the bars selling oysters and wine at €10- far end of village by the boat-hire.
I'm hoping to return for private visit later.

Rooms were great for families or groups. Close to the bay and quick drive to historical sights.
