Review for Air France in general. I have invented a new tag line for this company "Air France: budget treatment at first class prices". Terrible 10 hour flight. Staff couldn't even crack a smile....probably because they were as miserable as everyone else on the flight. Food was slop. Our daughter who we paid full price for was handed "food" which you wouldn't feed a dog. When we asked could she have an adult meal the ordeal. We never got the meal for her. You'd think water was gold. Avoid.

Don't expect your checked in bags to arrive with you. Customer service - forget about it. You might as well start reading the fine print on the ticket purchase agreement.

Worst flight experience. Never take Air France when you travel to Paris or other countries. I'm a kid and they didn't let me sit with my dad.

As with other reviews. Don't expect your checked in baggage to be on the same flight as you, especially if you are on a connecting flight at the same time, won't expect your delays baggage to be couriered to you with any sense of urgency or care and as for compensation...

Popped in real quick to see if we could print a boarding pass. Went smoothly and was free of charge. Helpful staff.

Air France as a whole is great. I fly them whenever I go to France, but this location was less than helpful. Maybe it was their computer, but for whatever reason their system told me an upgrade would cost $800 more than their US phone counterpart told me an hour later. Plus the US customer service person gave me game about how to get an even better price online. The reps at this location were just not effectively helpful.
