Absolutely horrible experience. People drinking making noises outside all night. Disgusting smell in our apartment, filthy, stain in the carpets ect... not recommend!

A dormitory for cheap labor doesn't have to be a dull drabed thing. A front desk closed all night long, no lunch or dinner served and breakfast only after seven a.m are not conditions for road travelers. Cleanliness is shy from appalling and acoustic insulation is non existent. On the plus side it's location and just price for services offered.

Bedrooms are quite normal, I could not turn on the AC. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Easy parking

We have spent one night in a studio invaded by ants in the bathroom, one water infiltration on the roof, a filthy shower, a window that cannot close correctly... We have been directly relocated nextdoor... Same thing... Ants below our bed this time... And no commercial gesture our upgrade in a more spatious apartment... We are so angry and disappointed!

The breakfast for 10 Euros was nice, however, I didn't like the hotel. "Apart hotel" has cooking facilities inside the room (which we have never used) but at the same time does it mean that they will not collect your trash or not leave you clean towels or soap/shampoo on a daily basis? It is ok if they don't make our beds, but not taking trash or not leaving clean towels made me mad. They wanted to charge 10 Euros for new towels which we had refused. The receptionists are not available after 9:30 PM. Only bus stop is at 10 mins of walk and metro C is about 25 mins of walk. This gets hard especially when it is raining and it rained all 5 days we have stayed. 80 or more Euros/night is quite expensive which is much more expensive wherever you go in France. No dinner is served in the hotel which is understandable, but restaurants in Bordeaux don't open before 6:30 or 7 PM which is miserable. You have to stuff yourself at McDonald's.. The rooms are quite small and crumpy. The shower is extremely small with the dirty curtain. No place to put your shampoo or soap. The room was noisy with a big tank of water and heater that must be the main hot water for the 4th floor or for the whole hotel. I am glad to be out of there. Breakfast personnel was nice people too.
