Un conseil, plutôt un point de vue, Monsieur le commerçant, soyez plus AIMABLE, ne portez pas de jugement, soyez souriant et surtout, surtout pas méprisant ! vous êtes commerçant et vous avez besoin du chaland.

Great shop! Management aand staff gave good advice and noticed things on my road bike to upgrade and fix. They take good care of their equipment, and I would rent from them again. Manager and staff speak better English than I spoke French. Very helpful.

A lire les commentaires des utilisateurs, puis ceux du commerçant, cela ne donne VRAIMENT pas envie d'aller chez ce commerçant. Dommage, t'elle était mon intention ...

Furthermore, they simply went back on an agreement they had with us to rent bikes, allowing us to show up at the store without any notification that they would be unable to make good on our agreement.

I finaly found him: The most harsh seller in the world! Looked for a lock for my foldable bike. First he had no time, because of all the other 3! customers ... I said I will look for my own. Then he asked me why I was looking so long, here is a paper list (ok thanks with mistakes in the security rating)... no, I can't look in the reclosable paper package for the construction of the look holder "everything is on the packaging" ... sorry, still looking at the physical products said "This is not Wikipedia" WFT... was angry and nervous that I (still) didn't followed his lock advice immediately ... After I brought HIS Suggestion for 78 EUR after 6 for him maybe endlessly minutes (Just because I was feed up and don't want to search for a other shop in holiday! ) he seemed to be finaly pleased and had a 10 second friendly phase to ... ask me to fix the look holder (two straps maybe 30 seconds) OUTSIDE because of "security reasons" (there was ONE other customer at that point in the shop) Conclusion: This person should not have contact with customers in any circumstances. Sadly I guess he's the owner of the "shop"

Hired two bikes here for the veloscenic...they weren't super nice bikes and a few parts were clearly badly repaired, but I pointed this out and they said it was fine, so I trusted them. One day into a week trip it was obvious that the rear tire was so badly worn we'd have to buy a new one, and the metal on the kickstand was so shoddy it just fell off. When we brought the bikes back, they not only refused to reimburse us for the new tire, but yelled at us for 'breaking' their kickstand and charged us for it. Not nice people, and not nice bikes. I recommend the veloscenic...but rent your cycles elsewhere.

Bon accueil et en plus l'équipe est très sympa et compétente ! Achat d'un Brompton, avec tous les conseils qui vont avec (choix du modèle, taille...) du coup je suis devenu client fidèle. Une enseigne qui mérite d'être connue. Bertrand

Needless to say the one i bought wasn't as nice as the official Brompton one i left at home by mistake, and this still cost me €31 (more than the official one). The shop is probably making more margin on this version.

Went to buy a Brompton cover, as i need one for the Eurostar. The one that came out of the store cupboard was dusty. When i asked for the Brompton-made one, I was told they're all the same/made by the same people.
