They are so reluctant to help if you're under an emergency. Moreover, very far from the city. You can never get your work done in 1 or two times.

The place was okayish for me. I would have given it 2 star as most of the time they give wrong information and they are very disorganized.

Worst place ever, I usually don't put negative posts but in this case it has to be done. If they were trying to work as hard as they try to avoid to help you this place would actually be useful.

If I could give zero stars to it, I definitely would!!! Absolutely the worat service ever, I have been deliberately given wrong information on two separate occasion. Moreover, the queuing process is terrible, people push each other with no regard for any organized line at the entrance (and the que start 3 hours prior to the opening). There is police everywhere, but they can't be bothered to actually take care of the line, which is why it is common to witness occasional fights. And finally there is not enough staff, and the available staff works painfully slow ( I mean cmon they only have 3 hours of work, can't they at least try???).

Disorganised and Dangerous. As much as the civil servants try to keep a lid on their emotions, especially the immigration service, this establishment is incredibly disorganised. People queue up from the early hours and then are not sure to be seen. The capacity is dangerously oversubscribed to the point where people start fights and there are rushes for the front door, especially on a Friday. The service is a little calmer on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday is busier and Thursday is now closed, although not many people realise this so they crowd is double the size on Friday and there is no crowd control to speak of. Bring a sandwich. The coffee machines are cheap at 60 cents so one star.

Possibilité de refaire les papiers de son véhicule, creer une association ... Nombreux services proposés et agents d'accueil sympathiques. Explications concises.
