I went to this hotel with a few children that have nannies. The issue is that children create mess but they were only playing with the sticky sand. In a few moments the corridor infront of our room was a mess and the room was a mess. I know it is partially our fault but what happened next was totally unacceptable. A man that worked there walked into our room, whilst their parents were not there, and started telling off the children. The youngest child, aged five, started crying as he told the children that if they do this again they will kick them out. He even took pictures of our room without our permission. How is that possible. I would actually like an apology since we payed for our rooms and they should not enter the room AND take pictures. I am extrememly displeased with this hotel. Diffenetly not recommended.

Superbe établissement au pied des pistes. La direction et ses équipes sont au petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Ambiance feutrée et reposante. Le concierge "Monsieur Henri" est d'une efficacité redoutable, rien d'impossible avec lui. Il nous a annoncé un SPA flambant neuf pour la saison 2017.
