Good price, decent location-just on edge of city center, but very walkable to center of town.
Secure parking, lousy view (train station).
Small, usable kitchen, supplied with a decent amount of utensils. Contemporary styling, quiet, comfortable bed. Staff friendly and courteous.

Practical as really close from the railway station and 7min away from the old town, by feet.

Great place with a good view and convenient. Close to the station close to a small shopping mall.

My only "gripes" :
The isolated toilet. The toilet is in a closet by itself. This I've seen in other hotels, but still very strange and inconvenient.
The AC didn't work.

Good location; friendly staff - great for a stop over on the way to the Alps.

My family and I were scheduled to fly into London this weekend from Miami, FL, for our very first time. We booked several hotels throughout Europe, this being one of them. We were so excited for our trip and then Catagory 5 hurricane Irma headed for Miami. The airline cancelled our flights and we were forced to cancel our trip. The airline, and tours have graciously refunded our money in light of this catastrophic event that is out of our hands but this hotel refused to give a refund. Not even a credit towards future stay. Its very sad that we have to worry about these things while preparing for a major hurricane and the devastation that's to come our way.

Not good at all. The break fast was nothing . No services. And not clean. The only good thing is the location.

Stayed here with my two partners for one night whilst visiting the area. The location was very good, bear the train station and all of the local sights. We had an apartment with one double bed and a roll out bed. The apartment was decorated to a high standard with an amazing view of the mountain. The kitchen had what we needed and the bathroom was great too. The only things we thought could have been better was the radiator which didn't work that great and the bed mattress which a bit too firm for our taste. I
