The hotel is horrible ! Very very dirty! The rooms have cigarette smell. There was a small cockroach on the bed. It is not familiar.

THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL! We arrived at 9 pm to a hotel with a front desk manager that first couldn't find our room and then gave us keys to a DIRTY and uncleaned room that smelled like urine, the bed was unmade and the bathroom a complete mess with feces in the toilet. We returned to the front desk appalled and said this is ridiculous. He told us it was the only room they had and that he was sorry but the maid service had gone for the day and we couldn't stay there because no other rooms were available. We booked this through Expedia and now are having issues with both the hotel and Expedia in getting a refund for a room we never stayed in because there were no more rooms available and the only one available was a complete mess. We had to walk our luggage a block away and pay for another hotel to stay the night. This hotel looks a like run down prison ward. It's dirty with spiders in the hallways and no elevator and apparently they don't have a maid service cleaning their rooms properly. It's also in a terrible part of town. I urge that anyone considering this hotel or booking through Expedia that has been no help in refunding our money RUNS fast the other way. AVOID AND BEWARE!

If you do stay here, 350 Bus from CDG will get you here. 609 and 610 gets you to the Metro 7 which can get you to and from Paris.

This hotel is only suitable for use as a kennel The rooms are disgusting dirty. The beds and furniture are so old that they could qualify to be sold as antiques.The pictures shown on the website are absolutely misleading and fraudulent. The enclosed shower in the room picture does not exist. Each time i showered I had to use a squeegee to clear the water which flooded the whole bathroom. The rooms are service twice only - once before your arrival and once after checkout. The carpets have not been cleaned in years and are a health hazard. The walls were white at one stage but now are various shades of grey. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this dump. If you do you certainly would be putting your health at risk. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever used in my life. I sent the executive director and email. HE HAS NOT YET REPLIED

Eventually I was not able to fly on that date so on the 24th of Dec I cancelled the reservation and received a confirmation from Expedia of the cancellation. For my surprise I found that the hotel billed me about $110 dollars on the 29th of Dec. I called Expedia and they tried to contact the hotel, they informed to the hotel about the situation and sent them email as well so they would process my refund. So far they didn't receive an answer from the hotel, neither I received an answer and money has not been refunded until the date. Looks like in this hotel they just want to rip you off with fake advertising. I do not recommend a hotel who wants to still people's money is such a dirty way. They didn't even take it seriously enough to reply my emails or call me. Please be careful.

Stayed here for 07 nights ... the hotel itself is very good ... comfortable rooms with small kitchenette including, Mircro Wave, Oven, Fridge, Dish Washer and Crockery and cutlery ... it was very convenient for me as i am a muslim and i cooked my own food ... the bedding and service were also good ... the only drawback was that it is located a little far from city centrer but well connected by bus and then the metro train ... overall a good and neat place to stay ...

Hotel is decent, has a minuscule kitchen with a mini fridge, stove, microwave and sink, bathroom with shower, tv and firm beds. Being a 10 minute walk to Auchan supermarket, you'll survive, except on Sundays when markets in the immediate area are closed. Sundays: travel to Paris or get delivery.
