Hi! First time ever was upset by Apple store stuff.. i am from Toronto... i decided buy Apple Watch 3 42 sport from Louvre for my good memory about Paris. I come through all city 20 min before the will close. I was standing and no one offered me nothing, they just both left, younger guy with costumer and senior beard guy he just left me there and didn’t ask to help. Its ok I catch one girl and ask for help, she called this senior beard guy. He came at 19:55 and always was steering to his watch and was not happy have a deal with me.he checked for availability and told me it all sold out. I left him, there were many costumers and this guy started chasing only me and telling me i must leave a store.. i ignored him cos I watch around and many costumer was looking around and no one tell them leave. This guy again come to me and start asking me again in rood manner. He simply not even say sorry to me about those watch and just ask leave..

Friendly staff, especially Nicolas. Ask for him if you have any problem with your phone ! Very nice and helpful guy ! Best store in Paris

Apple is a disgrace. I needed my phone repaired after cracking the screen. I had to wait a week, A WEEK, for an appointment. then i waited over an hour in the store to see someone who told me that because of a few scratches on the casing they couldn't, WOULDN'T, repair it. "So i throw it away" i asked? "No we'll replace it with a new one costing 380 euros" they replied!!!!!
I popped round the corner and an independent outfit replaced the screen in 20 mins for a fraction of apple's screen replacement charge. WTF. Sort it out Apple

I arrived at this store 1 minute after closing at 20:01. There were many many people inside, many of them actually making purchases, and they would not let me in to buy a phone charger in case of an emergency. They would not even provide help or suggestions. They said that their cash registers physically lock at 8 and no purchases can be made. Well after 8:05 I saw customers who were taking out credit cards and paying. Not only did the store clerks and manager lie, they also provided no customer service even after I explained the emergency and even though the store still had dozens of people paying or waiting to pay well after closing time.

While I had a SUPER experience, because I lucked out with the VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and patient Jane- I can understand why others may not have had the best experience. A not-very-accommodating other advisor was abrupt even with his own colleague, telling her to move away from the laptop area where I was purchasing a new MacbookPro, because I had my jacket and scarf etc on the table.

Great store in a beautiful location. I found he staff be friendly. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.
It's pretty amazing to think of a. Apple Store under the iconic pyramid.

Here's a suggestion, Apple: instead of reducing the importance of the term "town square" and appropriating the term for your retail space- provide hooks and spaces for backpacks and heavy handbags that are not the floor (dog-poo on the roads of Paris? I'm not keeping my stuff on the floor)
