We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas week, 21st to 28th and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right next to the slopes and not far from Plagne Centre. The hotel is clean with good facilities and the room we had booked (a triple) had loads of space, clean and well functioning bathroom, loads of hot water and a balcony to look out on to the slopes. The hotel now has a swimming pool which at times was quite busy but the pool is great after a days skiing. Also a great jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and both me and my wife spent at least an hour in the spa each day. We only booked bed and breakfast so cant comment on the evening meals. Breakfast was OK with all the expected products being available and the bar area was quite quiet but very pleasant (not that we used it at breakfast). All the members of staff were really pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to help with any issues (not that we really had any), but just helpful with questions about the resort. There wasn't a kettle in the room so my wife asked for one and within no time, one appeared. Would I use the hotel again, most definitely and I thought it was good value for money. Staying in this hotel was only part of our holiday but it certainly added to it being a great one

We had an excellent stay in every respect. The only downside was that the satellite TV had no English speaking channels and the hotel wifi was not working/sufficient to support programmes on our computer.
We will be returning as everything else was very good

Good hotel . The only bad thing is WIFI is not stabilised and has very low signal

Very good and pleasant hospitality. Staff very friendly and helpful
