Bad, bad service. We only wanted to drink something, but apparantly you are only a client if you want to eat something. After being ignored for more than 10 minutes, we ordered our drinks ourselves. There were only 2 others inside so it wasn't busy at all.

The management and staff, are horrible and slow. We were ignored from the time we arrived at the restaurant. I do not recommend au bureau in Grenoble.

Very cool place. Only had a few drinks here on a hot afternoon but the staff were very attentive. A place to stop on a hot day.

There is nice seating outsite, you can enjoy night life of Grenoble. Staff was little bit slow, but beer was great and food was also delicious.

So disappointing. As a waitress myself, I'm usually quite understanding of slow service and mistakes. However, the mistakes were bountiful and the service was extremely slow...food? Not so great either.

Then, when we went to pay, the female waitress tried to sneak in a 20 euro tip at the end. When we asked to see the receipt, at first she wouldn't let us. She then quickly changed the total cost to the correct amount before letting us see our receipt. If you want your money stolen, this is the place to eat.

Good but not great. The flammekueche hit the spot, and the nachos were good on a previous visit. The burger was good with the exception of the bun being rather average.

Very bad service, one waiter only for all the tables outside, we waited 20 Minutes for the menu only and then 40 more minutes for the waiter to come and tell us that food wasn't being served anymore even though we were told it was an hour ago, we had to leave. Not recommended at all.

Very unfriendly waiters. Went for a beer, was about to get up and leave when they finally brought it. My waiter (the one who made me wait) added an extra touch by carelessly throwing the small metal platter with the note onto the table, from the other end of the table, and dryly announcing that my beer cost 5€. Wouldn't come back if my life depended on it. Very adequately named though..."Au bureau" (at the office), as the waiters treat their customers with about the same amount of courtesy as a lousy boss would at the office

Lovely food and huge portions, good choice of beers. Limited English is spoken by some of the staff, trying in French is appreciated even if your pronunciation isn't perfect.
