Excellente soirée repas de rêve et service souriant par un gentil serveur qui n'a pas shooté le sac a main de ma femme car elle au moins le laisse dans la voiture et pas au milieu du passage comme une vulgaire paysanne..... (message subliminal pour le beauf qui a économisé 5 ans sur ses lames de rasoir pour sortir sa dinde) honteux un tel commentaire tant l'accueil est chaleureux et les plats divins .

We went for a birthday meal at the Auberge last night, and despite a large party being there at the same time the service, food and wine pairing were excellent. We have eaten there often and the Auberge has never failed to deliver.

Do not go to this restaurant if you are not a perfect french speaker - the service is arrogant and unhelpful and the food is expensive and does not live up to its 1 star Michelin billing. For better value, service and quality you should absolutely go nearby to Le Pigeon Blanc at Vern D'Anjou - another Michelin cited restaurant but without the star ( not for long) - unlike the Diligence the Chef's Menu was superb, probably the best we have ever eaten , the choice of wines to accompany the food was superb and the service was excellent.

Une très agréable surprise. Les plats sont d'une délicatesse absolue, tout en nuances pour exalter les papilles. Le cadre et le service sont dignes de la maestria du Chef.
Bravo.

Attention : au top ! Excellente cuisine hout ET présentation, super service avec une addition raisonnable. Demandez la spécialité viande c'est bluffant!

This restaurant is a favourite. Generally the welcome and the food is excellent. We had a small issue there last time when the order was taken wrongly, however the lady apologised (after she had a Celtic moment). Lovely setting and will be there this weekend hopefully.
