Ne respecte pas les prix négociés !!! Ce samedi après-midi alors que le prix avait été négocié avec le commercial (Matthieu) qui m'avait pourtant promis de respecter le deal à finaliser lundi par écrit...lundi celui-ci n'était plus d'actualité je devais rajouter 3000€ supplémentaires !!! Conseil : leur demander tout de suite un accord écrit car la parole verbale du commercial ne vaut rien !!!

Will give - 5 if I can. The worst experience and the most regretful decision made in 2017. Bought a BMW x1 3 month ago from them, then the nightmare started.
1. I didn't receive the carte grise since a while, I told myself things take time in France. So I kept patiente.
2. Until a month later, the staff Matthieu mentioned in last comment contacted me and told me the one who sold me the car has been fired, and he needed to check how I paid my car. OK, make sense. I told them information and kept waiting for my carte grise.
3. Until last month, Mr. Matthieu recontacted me and left me a message to tell that they need to recall my car for a while cause the one who sold me this car forgot to take control technique before I took the car. Because of that, they cannot prepare my document to apply carte grise. Ok....You left your client to drive a car without CT since 1 month, and this 1 month should have been the time you took to help me get carte grise....
4. I recontacted the agence after they repassed the CT to ask for the status from the prefecture to see when I can get the carte grise, cause 2 month has passed. Then they fulfilled me another paper stamped by their agence which told my carte grise is still pending. But I have no official information from prefecture to tell the real status of my carte grise until now.
5. The Mr. Matthieu never answered the phone, and each time, when you replied him in email, no further communication, he disappeared without any reason;
6. During last contact with them, I learned that my car is actually not a first hand for the last owner, which is totally in opposite with what their fired staff told me the first time when I came to see the car. You hired someone to tell lie, then you fired them. Very nice and smart decision!
7. Until now, I still have no carte grise for my car, even though I've already bought it for 3 month. And actually I paid a forfait of 500 euro at beginning only for the service to get carte grise. Here is the service they delivered for my 500 euro.
8. Anyway, I am contacting lawyer to see how I can get the carte grise . But just wanna say here, strongly not recommend this agence based on my personal experience. An agence never available, keep telling lies, the staff never care about your situation and just refuse to communicate.

On apprend qu'il faut changer l'embrayage et le volant moteur dont l'extreme vetusté a été dissimulée volontairement
Pratique frauduleuse du mécano. Impossible de savoir si le commercial est au courant de ces pratiques... J'ai mon idée!!

C'est un super garage, j'ai acheté une voiture chez auto en direct Cotes d'azur et je compte en racheter d'autres, ils sont très professionnel, à l'écoute de nos attentes et surtout très disponible. je recommande vivement.
