Their rental office is actually not on-site of the airport. They are supposed to provide a shuttle to come get you, but the pickup location is not indicated anywhere in their literature or sign posted at the airport. They did not answer their phones after at least 10 attempts over a two hour period. We ended up having to take an Uber there. On the plus side it was cheap and the car was clean. I would not use them again.

La location c'est très bien passée, le personnel très compétent. Les prix est modéré. La navette pour l'aéroport es impeccable. Je recommande à tout le monde.

The cheapest car hire because HQ is not based on site at the airport, however, fortunately, the company offer a free shuttle service. Don't worry if you can't find it straight away, wait outside the terminal 3 train station (by the hotel shuttles) and one of the mini buses will arrive to take you to the offices. Staff are very friendly and speak English.

Mas de una hora esperando al transporte desde el aeropuerto! Compenso que el manager ha sido muy educado.
Es mejor pagar un poco mas y coger el coche en Avis o alguna compañia de verdad a la larga lo agradeces

This is a much better option then spending more money and time catching a train or Disney shuttle to the theme parks.

Surtout ne louer pas de voitures avec cette société. Sales, amateurs, non professionnels, si vous souhaitée gâcher vos déplacements ils sont les champions...
