We worked with Bart during the purchase process of the house that we can now call our new home. He has been showing a great amount of knowledge and patience throughout and was always willing to go the extra mile without asking for it . Ik zie dat we al kunnen reserveren voor 2018 bij Bart Hoorens. Het begint alweer te kriebelen. Uitstekende info, correcte afhandeling en sympathieke ontvangst. Kortom een zorgeloze vakantie op een prachtige plek.

Excellent service, friendly, efficient. The 4 BR house we rented was as advertised, even better probably. We were three couples celebrationg the 60th birtday of the husband of one couple who live in Los Angeles. Very clean, spotless, everything worked ( wifi, splendid kitchen , great equipment, good showers, great beds, very tasteful decoration and choices of furniture ..) - only the mobile phone connection is poor, but that is beyond their control. It is a nice 23 minutes' (each way) walk to get fresh bread in the village of Menerbes in the morning. As an example of the level of service - we had been told that pool maintenance came on Wednesdays. Because of mistral the day of our arrival, the pool had suffered a bit (dust at the bottom) ... and by Wednesday 6 pm when we went out for the evening, we notified Bart Hoorens by mail that the pool maintenance company had not shown up yet. He replied immediately that he would check ... and when we came back from dinner, it was done. He reacts very fast to mails and questions. The region, the view from the house, the way the large garden/property is designed and maintained , the privacy , the quiet evenings when the crickets went to bed ... - we enjoyed a splendid stay. We will certainly recommend Bart Hoorens and the house to groups like ours ...

We worked with Bart on the sale of our house in Goult, Provence and he was a great source of help and support. He has been very professional and responsive and he guided us through the various of the sales process making sure that everything was in place in preparation for completion.

Uitstekende ervaring met de huur van een vakantiewoning via Bart Hoorens: goede toelichting vooraf m.b.t. vakantiewoning en huurovereenkomst; snelle en correcte afhandeling daarna. Tijdens de vakantie is adequaat service verleend op moment dat dat gewenst was. Vakantiewoning was zoals beschreven: goed en fraai gelegen in een mooie streek van Frankrijk.

Bedankt Bart en Lieve voor de uitstekende service! Het was een hele fijne ervaring om via jullie een huis te huren. Niets dan lof.
Het huis in Bonnieux (een echte aanrader!) was helemaal naar onze verwachtingen en ook de streek is prachtig. Voor onze volgende vakantie in de luberon huren we zonder twijfel opnieuw bij jullie!

2e maal op rij dat we via Bart Hoorens Immobilier ons vakantieverblijf in de Luberon geboekt hebben. Stuk voor stuk pareltjes van verblijfplaatsen waar je tot rust kunt komen.

I have worked with Bart twice in the purchase of property in the Luberon. Bart is very knowledgable about the area and speaks at least three languages fluently (French, Flemish, English). During the actual purchasing process Bart willingly went above and beyond in service arranging a lot of things for me that I was not able to do being an absentee buyer. I would recommend Bart highly when buying or selling property in the area.
