Lots of relics in this church. This is said to have the same floor plan as Santiago de Compostella.

Fantastic place/building. The Cavaillé-Coll organ is one of the most exquisite in France, if not the world!

A splendid basilica with terrific architecture. The inside is also worth a visit. Don't forget to get into the crypt if you find the time

Together with the Augustin Convent this is an iconic religious building in the city. Visit the basilica means understand the ancient history of Tolouse, and his christian community on roman age.

We only saw this at night but it is was worth a detour from the nearby Place du Capitole to see the tiered bell tower that is over 600 years old.

There is a market here on Sunday mornings, reminiscent of middle east souks but less friendly and should be avoided at all costs! I have no idea what possessed the local authorities to allow it. Beggars and hawkers bar your way to this UNESCO heritage site which is both sad and disappointing

Absolutely incredible! The crypts were worth the €2.50 and then we were lucky enough to be there when the organ was being played which was awesome!

Comparing the great church in Albi, 1 hour's driving to the north of Toulouse, to visit here is a waste of time.
