Rented two GIANT flat bar alu road bikes for 10 days and one LOOK carbon racing road bike half a day for going up the mountain. Excellent service. Good quality and well maintained bikes. Friendly staff accommodating the needs of the customers. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! I would highly recommend. I wanted to ride Mont Ventoux on a specific morning. After plans with another rental company fell through I contacted Bédoin Location by phone (OK a French friend did) just two days before my ride. Everything I needed was easy: high end (carbon, Look 566) road bike, generous gears (triple, Shimano 105), my size, timing. I arrived at 8.30am and there was a bike lined up outside with a sticker with my name on it! The bike had a computer, and was well set up, reliable, light enough, and safe (all bikes seemed to have quite new tyres, good brakes). Pedals on, helpful fitting. The rest was up to me...

Very friendly service. Rented two triple chain bikes to go up Month Ventoux. Bikes were faultless and reasonably priced.

They lent me an 8mm Allen key to tighten my cranks before the climb up Ventoux and also stopped me from going insane by applying WD40 to my pedals to stop them creaking - chapeau!

Great service - a group of us rented nine bikes, helmets and cycling shoes to ride up Mont Ventoux. We booked in advance over email and everything was ready when we arrived. The equipment was excellent quality and in good condition, and the team were very friendly and patient in getting everybody's bikes properly adjusted and set up for the ride. Would definitely recommend Bedoin Location to anybody looking to rent bikes in this area.

The staff here were very poor, especially the owner. In the end I decided to walk away and hired two bikes from Ventoux Bikes which was very close by and where we got much more polite and helpful service. It's a shame they could not have tried a little bit and they would have made an extra $90. I hope the shops that offer good service do well - I'm sure they will get more return business and make more money than this amateur opeation
