Nothing to complain about here. Good rooms, good bathrooms, breakfast was good. Just a weird elevator.

I will stay at this hotel next time I'm near Annecy for work - definitely.

The hotel is a bit far from the center and need to take the car. It is a bit expensive for the quality of the instalations. The aircon and tv were really old. The jacuzzi water was not clean at all. The breakfast is not good and expensive. The staff is very friendly. It would be ok if it was half the price I have paid.

I liked this place. No nonsense. Great staff. The evening food was excellent... It wasn't posh or expensive food, but it was great and honest home cooking.

Bad food, really tiny rooms and terrible service. At the reception no one speaks english it seems.

Room was small but very clean and OK for our stay. Easy free parking. Driving into old town during busy time was difficult. Other places for eating would be a good walk. We would stay there again if in the area.

This hotel delivers exactly what you expect from an Ibis hotel. Clean and easy.
BUT
I had one requirement when i booked: They must not ever use my personal information for any form of spam/marketing. It took less than a week before i started to receive a flood of spam and it does not seem like there is any way to stop it. Therefore i think the service is very bad.
