Hotel is in a reasonable quite area
Parking isn't free. However, you can pay €16 per day with hotel and they will allow you to park across the street in an underground parking lot where they have reserved spaces.
Guest room was clean and trendy. Bathroom was clean and stand up shower was amazing. Could have spent hours in there. Hallways were clean. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The restaurant, I didn't eat in, but passed through a couple of times, and looked really nice. The breakfast also looked great, but I thought €18 pp was too much. You might as well walk, no more than a 10 min walk, into the centre and have a variety of food options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stayed at Best Western, Lille. Lovely rooms, free minibar, good breakfast. Good central location, although the parking they offer seems over priced, it's free on roadside between 6pm and 8am

Contemporary and stylish, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are all very friendly and the place really manages the feel of an upmarket boutique hotel. Just off the main shopping precinct it's very handy for everything in central Lille.

We changed from a substandard hotel for the first time ever for both my partner and I and our mini trip was saved by the staff and comfort offered at the best western. They offered us an early checkin initially at no cost as there was a room available. Location ideal, staff friendly and immediately happy to help, massive bed with tv and amazing walkin shower. Cannot speak highly enough. Only critique would be bar prices but you expect inflation in a hotel and they offer a free minibar in your room with a few soft drinks and water (no alcohol). Reception offered to make us dinner reservations multiple times, as well as attempting to book me a massage, although it turns out you may want to book in advance! Oh and breakfast, which was included for an extra fiver each was lovely!

Wonderfull. Everything was perfect. I loved it. Room was super modern, clean, with nice view.

My room I just perfect for one person. Well appointed with great amenities. I will return.
