The waitress at the brasserie was very brusque and not very helpful.

Nice location, beautiful building, nice rooms.
Our room however was way too hot and ventilation options were limited.

We had dinner here, and while the food was mediocre, the entertainment was excellent, though unintended: the male waiter seemed to have learnt the trade by watching endless reruns of Fawlty Towers. Sighing heavily and rolling with his eyes to express his exasperation, he would run about not actually getting anything done, often sprinting from one end of the salle à manger to the other, but stopping dead in his tracks halfway, as though struck by a sudden deep realization. We fear, however, that deep realizations in this man's life are few and far between. Our eight year old son fought out a protruded battle with the waiter for command of the terrace door. The evening being chilly, we wanted it closed, but Basyl made sure to always leave it open as he passed, whereupon our son would dutifully close it again. This went on for half an hour, and only ended when I demanded the door remain shut. "Of course," the waiter snapped, his eyes filled with hatred. Or was it conceit?

Room quality fine and as expected.
Experienced noise until late in the evening as the room was located above kitchen.
Terribly slow and poor service in the restaurant.
Would not rate the dinner service or breakfast as value for money.

Absolutely lovely! Great service, amazing drinks, EXCELLENT staff! Highly recommended. The views are incredible, and the atmosphere is breathtaking. When the sun goes down it hits the terrace in a way you'll never forget.
