Met "mes parents" here for breakfast as it was where they were staying. Wouldn't go out of my way for "petit dejeuner" here. Very standard fare. But they seemed to like the hotel in general. 3 stars.

The dining area has been renovated and looks impressive, the rooms however are a bit dingy and old. The breakfast food is ok but not as good as other comparative hotels we've stayed at. The location is great.

My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel. Mainly for the superb location. Close to most tourist spots. Loved their quality breakfast. The reason why I am giving it a 4 star is: We don't know French, once we called Uber and the driver phoned and started speaking French. He called us 3 times for direction and we had to take help from the hotel receptionist as a translator. We were in real trouble for the language issue with the Uber driver. We were really grateful to the receptionist. However, she could have been more friendlier as she saw how stressed we were about missing our train to Paris. She clearly made face for requesting her to talk to the driver. Other than her behavior, the hotel deserves a 5 star. P.S. New tourists: in a city like Bordeaux, it is never wise to call Uber as the drivers don't get clear idea of the map due to narrow roads congested with many buildings. Go for local taxi or train instead. We loved staying at Bordeaux.

Excellent experience. Perhaps I had an advantage as a Platinum Best Western customer but the room was perfect for the price. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic but good none the less. It's perfectly situated in Bordeaux and is highly recommended.

Very good hotel, clean rooms with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Rooms are a little small but perfectly functional. Staff all friendly, breakfast good and it's in a brilliant location.

Breakfast has a decent variety and is available until 10:30. room is compact but clean. WiFi isn't the fastest on the 4th floor. very convenient location.
