Wonderful hotel in Lourdes. Nice parking lot dedicated to it. Most props go to the gentleman at the front desk, though. Had a booking error through HotelTonight, but he resolved it quickly. Nice room, great view of the Pyrenees from the ground. Near things. Solid hotel all around. Decent rate on the room. Recommended.

The staff were very helpful ,cooperative and ready to answer your questions.
Very modern baths and clean room.
Very close to the train station and nice walking distance to our Lady of Lourdes
complex.
I will come again to this hotel

Well run hotel with friendly staff, the pool is a welcome break from the summer heat.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed everything. However the next I would select more spacious accommodations....

Partly alienated staff who wished to be somewhere else than serving customer at this hotel

Loved my recent stay at Hotel Beausejour. Beautiful hotel, very clean with great staff. Room 117 was a nice size, especially for a historic hotel. Staff spoke English very well and were very helpful. Hotel has a beautiful dining area, outdoor sitting area with amazing views, and a pool (although it was closed during my stay in early March).

Basically no working internet as one could not do a simple voice call through Skype.

Good place to stay, with great friendly service - I stayed whilst taking part in the Etape- it was excellent for that as plenty of space out the back for bike and services bikes.
