Better staff manners has to be a must.
At first I was given a room with a blocked window and the heating not working. The deputy manager said I had to stay there until the following day. I asked for a refund so he changed me to a three bed room, the head manager called me on the phone screaming saying I had to leave the room the following day and that there was no problem with the other room, so I said let's go back to the previous room she said it had already been taken...Then they gave me a third room with the air vent just in fromt of the bed. The vent would turn on cold at about 2 or 3 am the air again was not controllable to suit my needs, every time I change the settings it would go back to the original of whomever had set it and start blowing cold air during small hours. I was left with one towel and no soap. The approach of all the staff was always very unpleasent. They would only answer to my good mornings if there was someone else around, otherwise they only had bitter faces and manners. Eventually since that was the fashion I took it up myself and followed suit.That lasted seven days. I have used BW many times in the past and NEVER had had anywhere near an experience as ungracious as with Le Montmatre Saint Pierre. I wonder if Best Western is aware of the disservice this management is doing to the chain.

One thing i did not like - i was changer like 20 euros more compared to what i was told on the website upon booking.

Good location next to basicilla sacred core. Staff are superb friendly and helpful. The breakfast a good deal.
The only downside is the neighborhood around the metro is bit rowdy. But just ignore them when u passed by.

Nicely-furnished and modern hotel between Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur, close to a metro station. Friendly staff and good venue breakfast. Only one and tiny elevator may keep you waiting for ride in particular in morning rush hours. Very quiet!

Small room but has everything you need. The bed was spacious. The toilet was in the wardrobe. The Montmartre neighbourhood can be dirty and overcrowded. There is a McDonald and plenty of restaurants nearby. 10 minutes away by walking from Sacre Coeur.

Beautiful place. Housekeeping wakes up and tells you it's time to clean. Friendly and have some English speaking staff. Nice rooms

surprisingly nice hotel, rooms were very nice, not so small (as one would think in Paris), stylish shower. The toilet is only very small (separate 0,5m2 room) and separated from the shower. It did not matter so much, as you r anyway outside in the city.
metro stop close by, parking also.
Breakfast is small, but totally covering everyone's need (unless you are used to have caviar for breakfast).

Stayed 2x already. Planning 3rd. Samantha at Front Desk is Great! Close to Metro. Busy but not overwhelming activity in route from Metro. Don't be alarmed by the hustlers :^)

It's ok for a nights stay, I wouldn't personally stay here any longer. The rooms are quite small even for one person. Not the best area. However, good value for money and convenient for the Eurostar.

This hotel is in a multicultural area a few minutes walk away from Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and close to metro stations. The hotel is clean, and in very nice condition. While the rooms are small, they have everything you need from a comfortable bed to a TV to a coffee machine. The toilet is tiny, might be a bit difficult for a larger guest but the shower, which is separated from the sleeping area by a frosted glazed wall is large. We felt that this was the perfect hotel for an exploration of this wonderful area, a visit to La Cigalle and easy access to other parts of the city. Would definitely return.

Smallest room with the worst view I've ever been... Sink and Shower 50cm far from the bed... Ok for 2 nights maximum. But anyway I had no problem.
