The hotel and the staffs both have exceeded our expectation. The room is very spacious and clean. Decoration in the room is very nice and with modern look. Breakfast is great! Location is the best, near metro station and with tons of restaurant around. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

WARNING! This hotel is TOURIST TRAP, and they will SCAM you if you are looking like easy hunt for them.
There are 1000 hotels in Paris, take anything but not this one!
I also heard this from another couple we accidentally met, for me and for my fiancee it ruined our first visit in France.

Paris is beautiful and it's a shame to get in those trap- pick another hotel if you can and didn't had your reservation already. I've been in many best western hotels in all over Europe but this one is nothing to compare them.

This was a nostalgic visit to Paris with my 82 year old mother. The room that we had (upgraded to deluxe) was very comfortable and unusually for a hotel full of light. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day of wandering around Paris. All the staff were very helpful, always cheerful. In all, one of the most best run hotels that we have stayed in.

We payed in advance and when we were checked out they added 150 euros more to our bill. When I asked them why they forced me to pay, and also called the police. They don't even talk English so I couldn't communicate with them. We had to catch the flight so we payed at the end after an hour of argument.
Beatrice and Raymond was rude, unpleasant and unfortunately also anti-semeitists, which
We didn't thought we'll see in France.

Have spent 14 days there over 3 stays. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms can be a bit samll just like nearly all other Paris hotel rooms. Great WiFi, good breakfast, nice courtyard. Very good AC, very clean bedroom and bathroom. Simply put, we have no complaints. I would stay again and also would also be happy to recommend.

Very nice and clean. No complaints! Rooms are small typical of all hotels in area. Breakfast was very fresh and abundant. Best crescents. The juices fresh every morning. Staff was very helpful in rescheduling pick up time. Friendly, informative, and helpful with our outlet issue. I forgot to mention excellent location! Speaks English. Thank you Best Western staff!

A superbe experience! We stayed two weeks and I was thrilled with the area. There was lots to do and see on nearby streets but quiet on the hotel street. The personal touches on each floor referencing the artists was very interesting. The staff at reception and in the breakfast nook were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They often went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping consistently kept our room and washroom tidy. We had a breakfast included package and that worked perfectly for us. The buffet was regularly replenished and kept tidy.

I had a great stay at this hotel which was comfortable and clean. Service was very attentive and the staff were very kind and when I had to extend my staff they were proactive in trying to find a solution even though they were fully booked. I highly recommend for business and holiday travellers.

Rooms are perfect size, clean and silentes dame as bathrooms, host attention is very nice, breakfast can improve. Recently painted elevator and stinks horrible, like they usted oil paint and really really stinked very nada.
