Situation extrêmement privilégiée, au cœur de Bordeaux et à proximité immédiate des lieux de sorties (restaurants, terrasses, théâtres...). Personnel très agréable, chambres esthétiques, propres et fonctionnelles. Parfait pour se ressourcer le temps d'un break !

Recently renovated, this place is beautifully decorated, quiet, roomy (by French standards) and in a perfect spot for easy access to the city center. The staff was remarkably good, especially Chloe. The breakfast was just average, however.

Hotel very well located and friendly welcome. The room allocated was certainly not 4 star standard (more like 2 star). I returned to reception and asked if I could have a room with the shower as advertised. I was told that was possible at extra charge, which as we were in a hurry I didn't argue and accepted. We left bags in the room and went straight out without checking the room detail. In the morning as we went of use each of the advertised amenities we found none available - coffee machine but no coffee pods, no shampoo, conditioner etc etc. Again in a hurry we made the best of a bad job and complained at check out. The receptionist (after charging the "upgrade" and trying to charge 36 euros for a breakfast we didn't have and refused at check in) shrugged and said it was our responsibility to inspect the room on arrival and request missing housekeeping items at that time.

I work for a bike tour company for whom I do group orientations and luggage transfer. On a recent visit to this hotel a group of tourists told me that the hotel wasn't bike friendly and did not help them in providing a space where they could assemble their bikes. I have personally had to deal with the reception twice and each time they were very rude even when I was only providing information about the clients and their itinerary and not making any special request.

Great location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big, new and well designed. We had the room next to the elevator and we didn't hear anything at all. I would come back again.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in the centre of town with very friendly staff. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay again.

The cost of this hotel is too high for what you get
I would rate the hotel as a 3 star hotel
and definitely not a 4 star

On ne peut pas être mieux placé dans Bordeaux ( plein centre du triangle d'or , à 30'' du grand théâtre ) tout en étant au calme ( pas entendu une seule voiture, ni un son de voix, presque surréaliste à cet endroit là ...;)
L'hôtel vient d'être refait à neuf avec goût , la propreté , l'accueil , le petit déjeuner : rien a redire !
Tres bon rapport qualité / prix !
