Although this is my first time in Carcassonne, I seriously doubt this is the standard for the area. My guess, is that this place is way above the rest.

We had many interesting conversations with Franc about his life and travels. He is full of information about the city, its restaurants and the surrounding area

We had a wonderful time in Carcassonne, made all the more special by Myriam, our host at Entre Bastide Et Cite. She was a perfect host, made everyone feel welcome, breakfast every day had something home-made in it, and she recommended the best places to eat and visit. I cannot recommend this B & B enough.

Amazing hosts, lovely to chat to and they speak very good English as well as French. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and the roof terrace gives lovely views of the castle day and night!

Nos ha encantado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El lugar tranquilo y agradable. Desayuno casero . Los dueños muy amables. Todo ha sido inmejorable. Lo recomiendo.

Hôtes absolument adorables. Petit déjeuner aux produits faits maison. De quoi se souvenir des vrais goûts des confitures. Endroit très calme au pied de la Cité. Du bonheur.

Franc and his family are extremely welcoming and talented hosts. The house is really beautiful, well kept and very comfortable. The rooftop view is spectacular. We had a sneaky bottle of wine on the roof while we were there and enjoyed the relaxation/reading area up the stairs.

The breakfast was mixed bread, cheeses, ham, cereals, tomatoes as well as a large selection of fresh cakes baked in the house. Plus, homemade jams, yogurts and delicious fresh coffee.
