Very small airport with no good wi-fi connection. If you can please choose different airport.

Billi Terminal at Bordeaux Airport is an tterly dismal place. Bordeaux airport generally is not terribly exciting, and Billi is it's poor cousin. It's a metal shed with 3 shops. The check in staff are friendly enough. The duty free staff are young and ditzy, slow and, if you're there for any late flights, frankly unpleasant. The cafe is invariably full, even thought they always run out of food late at night, good for them, not for us. The tables are dirty and (because?) the recycling area is closed off. There are no seats (ok there are 9) before security, aren't enough seats after security and before you go through to gate, and there are no seats after you go to gate, where the EasyJet staff on the Bordeaux Geneva route are unfailingly bossy to the point of rudeness. We know it's only one bag, do you have to make it sound like some sort of prison camp ordinance? And the toilets are dirty and broken.
Dismal.

Quite frankly, the airport is simply way too small for the traffic of the summer months, quite embarrassing and potentially dangerous to be honest...

Staff is really good however, there's clearly a very big lack of space and capacity for this airport at the point where it is becoming potentially dangerous in case of a fire or potential accident. Only 2 boarder control agents for the arrival of 2 flights in the same time, 1 desk for check in, poor facilities, toilets, accesses, etc.

The lady at the information desk who helped us with our connection issues with the bus service was so helpful and kind. The only brightness to come from a poor situation. Thank you

A farcical security set up (the most ineffective I've ever seen) led to hours of queuing and waiting despite being a very small airport. The worst airport I've ever travelled through- avoid at all costs.

Not free wifi. Most of the info in French difficult to reach with public transport. Positive point: Small

Do *not* go through passport control until you really need to. There's one tiny shop there, insufficient chairs and absolutely no air conditioning, which in 34 degree heat makes for a very unpleasant stay.

Great help and very kind with out bikes to get packed for our flights. Airport sells transport boxes for 12€/piece and they lend you tools to prepare them for boxing! Thanks for your help
