The price to go in the Big Wheel is €7,- and you will get 3 rounds for that. And the view really is gorgeous.
(TIP: i would go in when it is getting dark so you can see all the lights from above)

a nice view on the harbor from the Pharo Palace . The famous Canebière avenue goes straight down the harbor.
It is one of the nicest view of the city.
Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations opened 2013, has a unique architecture and integration with the Fort Saint-Jean, castle which is now a free part of the museum, acting as a park in the city with breathtaking views.

Great view over the entire city and harbour. Our kids loved the experience and they even watched our stroller at the bottom.
