Nice open air metro station, runs over the seine river with a great view of the Eiffel tower.

Above the ground airy station has escalators, elevator, photo boot, souvenir shop, interactive plan. Controls and tourist waves are heavy.

Staff member was very arrogant and unhelpful. We made me a mistake with with our tickets which the staff member responded with "you have made a mistake with your tickets" instead of helping us fix the mistake told us "that was very silly you will need to buy more tickets", the staff member acknowledged that this was clearly a mistake so was very disappointed with not being helped in this situation instead we had to buy more tickets.

This is as close to Chicago you can be when in Paris. Beautiful over-ground metro station, bridge and bustling traffic underneath.

Well-designed station that is close to Tower Eiffel and the service is top notch.
