Accueil déplorable !!!
Personne n'a dénié s'occuper de nous dans la salle de dégustation alors que nous avions l'intention d'acheter des bouteilles de crémant ... Au bout d'un quart d'heure, alors qu'on moins trois personnes sont passées près de nous sans même nous regarder, nous avons préférer porter nos pas ailleurs en lançant un ironique " au revoir et merci de votre accueil"
Et dire qu'il s'agit d'une " grande maison saumuroise" tournée vers le tourisme ....

Visite instructive vis à vis de la fabrication des vins ainsi que l'entreprise elle même, cave sympa à voir, la visite dure 1h et on bénéficie d'une petite dégustation à la fin, le personnel est sympathique, c'est à faire si vous avez un peu de temps disponible.

Biking underground tour was fun and informative. Our guide, Olivia explained the process of making sparkling wine the old way.

Very much one of our recommendations to our guests.

Bouvet Ladubay is our 'go-to' Crémant de Loire. Whether it's just for a quiet drink in the summer on our terrasse, or a family gathering, or celebration. It's very well priced and very, very drinkable. We did the tour of the caves last summer on bicycles, and what a laugh that was! You choose from several vintage (old) bikes in a cave, wear a head torch and off you go! The tour is led by a very pretty young lady, full of interesting information about the wines, how they're made now compared to back in the day. You stop off mid point for a short tasting before you're off again. The route is underground, and the caves themselves are stunning. There are sculptures at various points along the way that're pointed out to you and the 'road' you're cycling on is a concrete floor, so there are no real issues for the bikes. It's smooth in every sense! The tasting at the end is done in a gorgeous salle, and the wines are all delicious!

Excellent wines here. We sampled virtually everything they had and came away with lots of bottles. Very friendly staff and fabulous surroundings. Well worth a visit

This is the nicest of the Loire Sparkling wines. Their Cellar tour is brilliant and the Staff are super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely go back again.

They sell great wine here - havent experienced the tour, but worth a visit just to buy a crate of 6 bottles.

Had an interesting underground tour of where the wines used to be made. But, was a bit disappointed to find out that 90% of there 6 millions bottles a year production was sparking wines and they also do not plant their own grapes.
