Never go there, we have been charged (180€!) for a scratch on a car we didn't do. The guy at the agency was not able to explain the amount which is clearly a customer robbery.

À éviter absolument. Entreprise qui escroque ses clients. J'en ai fait l'amère expérience avec l'agence de Bucarest pour la facturation (180€!) d'une pseudo rayure que nous n'avions pas faite. La société est incapable de justifier le montant retenu. Du pur vol

Awful service. They can not be reached by phone to make a simple change to an existing reservation -- there are 3 or 4 different numbers on my rental contract and I tried them all! I even tried to call the US customer service and they could not find my reservation -- it seems that the system in France (using a rental agreement number) is completely separate from the rest of the system that uses a confirmation number. I even got on the budget.fr website and entered my rental agreement # and the rental still could not be located. This is simply one of the worst run companies I have experienced of late. :(

But, hey, they say this is what summer in France is like; you can't find anyone responsible to solve any problems or crises that may occur.

The way this was handled by some poor intern type young lady is inexcusable. After she tried reaching the manager unsuccessfully, she told me to call or email the management for a refund. So, I should call all the way from Canada at my expense to fix a problem Budget created. Wonderful.

Horrible! I was charged 10 times my quoted price without consent because of a computer error with Budget's system. I had been given a damaged car, which the Dutch were kind enough to exchange at Schipol. This caused the malfunction.
