Incredible life changing experience. Caroline has the ability to make you feel completely at ease from the minute you meet her. She listens very well and takes you easily into the hypnosis state where you feel totally relaxed and open. After the first session I begun to make the changes I wanted in my life and after 4 sessions I have taken on board everything she has suggested to me while in the hypnosis state. Caroline speaks excellent English, and everything she says is with total clarity that there is no distractions while she speaks to you. I travel from Paris to Fontainebleau, taking a train from Gare de Lyon then a bus, being away from the stress of Paris and having the sessions in such a lovely village is an absolute bonus. I have recommended Caroline to all of my friends and recommend her to anyone who wants to make positive changes in their lives.

The best experience in my life!!!
I don't want to admit it, but I was a smoker for 20 years. Just thinking about quitting, made me nervous and anxious. Then I met Caroline and she offered to help me. We had three sessions and believe it or not, I haven't smoked almost a year now. I am so happy and every time I see a smoker I thank Caroline in my mind. I recommend Caroline to everybody.

Caroline apporte une écoute attentive et un accompagnement très rassurant avec sa pratique de l'hypnose douce..c'est avant tout un moyen de retrouver un équilibre et de se reconnecter avec soi même, ce fut une très belle rencontre et expérience très positive pour moi ! I had a wonderful experience with hypnosis and Caroline to address some deep rooted issues of social and mindless overeating. I had never done hypnosis before, but Caroline made it easy and fun really. Really! I looked forward to coming back, and always left feeling refreshed. I could really tell a difference with each session how I would naturally stop eating when I was full. I was surprised by how little food I really needed to be full when I addressed the deeper issues and reasons why I always cleaned my plate. It was sometimes as little as 1/3 the serving size I normally would eat! I lost about 20 lbs from these portion changes that came so easy after hypnosis with Caroline. But more importantly, I learned about hypnosis as a tool to make lasting changes in myself, which I find much more valuable.
