We stopped by here in September, when we couldn't get a table at 9:01 PM at l'abbaye. The waitress was OK, but the owner was fantastic. He made us feel at home, let us change tables, and admire his home cooked deserts.

I went alone to this very pleasant restaurant in a lovely village by the lake. The service was excellent, friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I'd definitely go back.

Exactly what Carmela and I were looking for. Good, wholesome food, great wines by the glass, great bistro atmosphere. Couldn't be better.

Super service and exceptional desserts !!

My wife loved the food and the atmosphere so much that we skipped the "Michelin starred" restaurants the next night and returned to be greeted like family. Perhaps it was my attempts to converse in French, but everyone was "aimable" and us, too, after a carafe of wine!
