The receptionist was unbelievably rude. I am English and so is my friend, and at no time did they tell us that our ticket lasting 2 hours meant 2 hours from entering to leaving, we thought it meant in the pool. At the end, the receptionist insulted us in front of many customers there, made us out to be liars and charged us 4 euros extra for coming out 20 minutes late. We we late because I have long hair which I needed to dry. I found her manner offensive and totally unnecessary. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
