Perfect location with walking distance of Carcassonne along a river walk/fitness trail. We booked here last minute for a couple of nights. Good facilities and entertainment. Only knocked off one star due to the small pitch size and lack of mature trees that many French sites have.

Free internet is torture - slow and cuts the connection easily.

Big plots, but driving in some of them might be tricky. When raining, ground gets soft easily - you get bogged down in no time if you must move your vehicle.

A 15 min walk to a world heritage site. Good facilities. A nice restaurant on site and really good ones in the city. A great stopping off place to or from the Med

Stayed in the Motorhome part, no toilets, but waste dump and water. 20 min walking into the old city.

Clean toilets and facilities. Helpful staff, although some of them are not aware of the opening times of the restaurant.

Little bit too pricey camping site.

Place is huge with streets so kids cannot run around. Sanitary facilities are good. Staff extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help several times. My worst camping experience so far. 50€/night.
Just next door is a RV parking area. That would be a better choice if you don't need the pool.
Advertised Wifi at reception area didn't really work.

Big pitches. Clean toilet block and very friendly staff. 10 amp hook up. You can preorder your bread for the morning. Swimming pool was closed unfortunately (11th June) which was a shame as it was 34°C. There is a 'petit' train every hour to the cite if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk. Worked well for us especially as the Aire next door wouldn't accept my card (which was accepted everywhere else)

Very good site for getting to the old city walk in 15 minutes or get the train!! We walked it easy. Only thing that is missing is electric, water expensive so three stars.

Wonderfully located campsite near the ancient citadel! Clean and tidy camping sites, numerous bathroom and showering facilities, all clean. Would stay again.

the campsite introduce himself as a 4 star site. Sorry but this is nonsense!! The pitches are of different size. Small ones, sloping ones and big ones. The problem: the staff decide where you have to go. Seems to be possible to negotiate but...
The toilets are really simply but clean. No paper. No garbage on the site except the entrance, not even in the sanitary facilities. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to help. One positive point: the situation of the place. 20 minutes to reach the cité (castle of Carcassonne).
We have been on the campsite beginning of September.

unfriendly and not helpful for me. another person was send back to wait 5 more minutes although there were two persons working at the reception and it was 8:00 am at my online phone clock and it is said to be open.

but good location. 30 minutes to go to the historical city.

As the stupid wifi disconnected third time, i lower my rating to 2 stars!!!
