We had spent the previous 2 weeks camping at (Camping le Bodri -which is amazing) in our tent and wanted to treat ourselves to a bungalow and beds for the last 3 nights since the weather had turned for the worse. Unfortunately Camping de la plage was only disappointing.

We had a simple but nice bungalow. The bed seemed a bit old. Note that at the end of September, we were almost the only guests on this campground.

My husband and I tent camped here for a few nights.
The location was great, and plenty of space.
The bathrooms were not great (poor drainage in showers, etc...), but it was very affordable.

Nowhere in Corsica were we treated so horribly.
It's also no surprise that others here have also complained about the customer service. Nobody needs such a hassle during their holidays. So please just avoid this place and keep driving for 10km and go to Camping le Bodri. So much nicer. The beach is much better as well.

This place could have so much potential if it was properly managed, maintained and promoted but unfortunately the lady running this place is running it into the ground. She's beyond unfriendly and uncooperative.
We rented a mobile home for 4 days. It wasn't bad. However our problem is strictly with the way we were treated upon checking out. Until we wanted to leave we were NEVER informed beforehand that we had to clean the mobile home or we would be charged a €45.00 cleaning fee. So we cleaned it. When the lady from reception came to inspect she was so rude and insulting complaining how dirty germans are :-( She couldn't believe we put all the blankets we used on a pile so they could be cleaned. She was persistent that we had to just fold them and put them back on the shelf. She said they would not be cleaned. We were disgusted!! Anyways after battling with her for almost a half hour we realised that she was willing to fight all day just so she could find any reason to charge us for the cleaning. We spoke to our neighbours who were also checking out and they had also cleaned and were still charged the €45.00. It seems this lady just wants to punish everyone.
So we decided to just pay and relieve our children from the terrible atmosphere.

The place is nice, close to the beach. But in between road and railway. Beach is nice for water sports. For swimming too much waves. We experienced firs time robbery in this camp.

Nice shade close to the beach, some new toilets, some pretty old and badly maintained. You can travel to nearby cities by train, which stops at the beach near the camp.

Great spot with plenty of space for tents. They charge you extra for a minibus even if it is just a larger car.
