Good campsite big pitches close to the river, toilet and showers all good,walk across the bridge and your in the town,good for cycling cycle routes are very good, 17 euros a night all good

Some sites are very narrow. Plants are blocking view of Loire, whilst having a frontline site. One toilet building for this size campsite is okay, but why clean it at rush hour, whilst people have to check out by 11 a.m.? The plumbing in the sealing of the showers make it rain condense water on ones dry clothes. Overall not a great campsite in high season. Nice staff and super location.

The campground is just across the river from Nevers and makes visiting the city very easy, however, the location also makes it easy for thieves to prey on the campers. There is a levee along one side of the campground and is vulnerable to thieves. One of the two nights during our stay 5 bicycles were stolen. Beware!

Enjoyed our stay there- little shade for tents, but close to river's edge. We were cycle touring and our gear was soaked in a big storm. The camp hostess gave us a cabin to dry out at no extra charge. She was an angel and worked very hard for all of us.

Top plaats voor het bezoek aan de stad, mooi uitzicht op de stad, proper en warm sanitair en wc s , tv ruimte open tot 19u er is een keuken met microgolf en kookvuur, en zetels ! Een klein afgesloten speeltuintje, doch voor kindjes geen veilige camping vermits de Rhone er vlak tegen ligt en kan niet worden afgeschermd ! Geen brood verkrijgbaar. Een veilige afgesloten camping, maar s morgens kan je niet voor 8u vertrekken ! Poort is op slot !

Lovely warm showers when needed after a day with suncream. Great location for anglers and other water users. Old town is so French, new town is modern and clean. Lots of clean and clear buildings in the town. Nice flat pitches and good put door taps.

Idyllic location on paper. Reality is a profusion of insects, particularly flies. Lovely people though.

Beautiful views from this campsite which is right on the river. Only just arrived and setting up camp, but lovely views and generous space. If you need hook up, bring extra extension cable. We thought we had enough but our hook up was about 50 metres away!!

Very nice campsite on La Loire. Beautiful views of Nevers and easy walking distance to a quaint town. Good toilet blocks and free wifi at reception. Satellite reception not good due to trees but good for shade. Staff friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay.

Good size pitches. Restroom facilities good. Some pitches very close to the road and quite noisy. Town of Nevers very nice.
