Overall it is a lovely campsite beside a beautiful old town which is well worth exploring.

Just come back from a 12 night stay at Camping du Domaine de Massereau. We had an amazing time on the campsite. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the site is extremely clean, it is convenient for the local town and supermarkets. I would 100% recommend this site and we will be booking again for next year!

Great service. Friendly multilingual staff always willing to help. Accommodation fantastic. Site facilities fantastic. Our only criticisms are that they were unable to refund us when overcharged but given other items to the value instead. On leaving tge site at 730am we were unable to exit as we did not have the gate code.

Excellent campsite , very well-maintained, beautiful pools and very helpful and courteous staff. In a lovely location -brilliant for families. Great experience.

We did not let these ruin our holiday which was fantastic thank you!

We love your campsite and can't wait for our next visit.
The shower block was the best and cleanest we have seen for a long time with variable water temperature and loo seats, also disinfectant spray.
The restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious and not over expensive.
The staff were all happy, chatty and very helpful and professional.
Would we recommend it? Without a doubt and we have done so already.
Thank you Domaine du Massereau.

Overall a good site let down by an odd issue. Poor pitch allocation with €15 charge but impossible to use drainage on some pitches. if coming without a motor mover and you have a large van or twin axle access to some pitches would be challenging. Levelling blocks needed and for steadies. Toilet facilities and washing excellent with cleanliness obviously attended to throughout the day. Other bookings received free wine & discounts so check how you book directly or otherwise as €27 euro charge too. Pool nice but full of kids inflatables. The restaurant is excellent with an extensive menu and it's a sedate experience but worth several visits. Great location but don't follow their access directions especially on a Saturday. A site best out of peak season I think for anyone but those with young kids.

This campsite definitley lives up to is description as a "hotel de plein air". Gorgeous site! A little on the expensive but you pay for what you get.

There are just a few things I want to mention. The restaurant is lovely but very expensive especially as we were traveling with 3 older teenagers. Also there was no vegetarian option on the menu (our daughter doesn't eat meat or fish). The takeaway section of the restaurant had a limited menu and is closed on certain days. One other thing I have to mention is the noise from the cricket's/grasshoppers (I know the campsite can do nothing about it, its nature) but it was constant all day long. We have been travelling around France for the last 10 years, this was our first time this far south and our first experience of the noise level they can reach. It was a bit over powering and would stop us going that far down again.

This is a great site for families with lots to do without it being too full on. We were there for 10 nights and only heard loud music once. Everything is kept immaculately clean. The only downside I would say is that there are far more British and Dutch people there than French and a number of people seem to be repeat holidaymakers, which gives it a bit of a different feel to some sites.

Beautiful site, well maintained with excellent facilities and staff who always give their best. It was pretty quiet in June so plenty of room around both pools. The restaurant is one of the best we have experienced on any site, great quality and value. The bar area is a nice place to relax in an evening. A cycle path runs into Sommiers which has a great market on Saturday. We stayed in a log chalet which was comfortable with a/c, necessary as the temperature reached 36c on occasion. Our only criticism would be the lack of a kettle, there is a coffee maker, if you have the right coffee pods to put in! Great site, we look forward to returning.

Just returned from a lovely two weeks in Domaine de Massereau. A very good campsite with very well kept and clean public areas. The pool complex was excellent and there was plenty to do on site. Our Mobile Home was excellent and very clean and had everything we required and the pitch side and location was very good. The staff were lovely and nothing was any bother. I want to say a special word about the girl who is in the shop in the early morning (sorry I don't know her name) she was absolutely lovely and friendly and gave us many tips on things to do around. There is a lovely open air bar with excellent seating which was lovely to sit in, in the sunshine. The wifi was very good on the campsite which is important to our crew, you do have to pay for it but it is not overly expensive.
