Very friendly welcome and were very helpful during our stay with various problems we had (leaky tent!). Facilities good, clean and plentiful. Little beach is lovely and the playground is good for kids. We were near the shower block and it was quite busy. Very generous pitches and plenty of choice. Lots of hiking that can be done straight from the campsite, which was wonderful. We barely had to use the car.

Spent there one night during hiking. Toilets are clean, place is nice, even you can swim in a little lake...very cold, nice after a hot day :)

Belle endroit couper du reste du monde idéale pour des vacances très tranquille.
Bien que tranquille il y a tout de même de quoi s'occuper dans les alentours, comme la visite des 4 ruines.

This is a splendid rustic campsite set amongst the mountains and deep forests of Alsace only a few kilometres from the village of Lembach. The campsite hosts a number of long term residents, but there is also plenty of room for overnight or multi-day visitors on spacious caravan or tenting pitches. There are two sanitary blocks with nice warm showers with washing up (dishes and laundry) sinks attached. The current campsite manager, Pascal Burker, is a genuinely warm and welcoming fellow who keeps a close eye on goings on in the campsite to ensure residents and visitors have a safe and enjoyable stay. Prices are most reasonable for the facilities on offer. The nearby lake offers swimming to those adventurous enough to brave it's cold waters. There are also multiple trekking and walking trails in the immediate vicinity. These are clearly marked and offer a variety of opportunities to visit nearby castle ruins or to just walk in the calm and peaceful wooded surroundings. The small city of Woerth is only a 15 kilometre drive from Lembach. Here, food, fuel and other supplies can be purchased. It is worth noting that within a 30 kilometre radius of Lembach, there are four major Maginot Line fortresses for those interested in WW II sites.

Das Wasser im See ist auch im Sommer eiskalt (wahrscheinlich durch den doch recht starken Zufluss der Sauer).

Wunderschön gelegener aber extrem einfacher Campingplatz. Hier darf man keinen Luxus erwarten. Dafür sehr günstige Preise.
Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Chef.

Gute Lage.

Verpflegung am Platz nicht vorhanden. Dafür gibt es im 4km entfernten Lembach einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und einen (sehr) kleinen Supermarkt.

Gerade ein paar sonnige Tage auf dem Platz verbracht. Ein schöner Campingplatz in der Natur ohne Schnickschnack. 5 Sterne gibt es obwohl der erste Sanitärblock eine Renovierung vertragen würde, weil die Preise seit 3 Jahren stabil sind und trotz Pfingstferien und Bilderbuch-Wetter nie zu viel Trubel war.
