Completely understand the mixed reviews but don't get put off!

Cons: shower block needs better ventilation in summer and more cleaning at peak - it's more wet and smelly than it needs to be, sites smaller than we're used to but prob normal for annecy, pool surface is rough on your feet, while friendly the owners aren'tvery 'present' - it feels more like their business than their home you're staying at which is ok but not as good as it could be, bar/ice cream could do much better business if made more welcoming and enjoyable to visit!

Holiday in July. 1. I was irritated that I was unable to contact you by phone even though you displayed your telephone number. I kept getting the answerphone with the message saying you were out for lunch. Surely you should be open at lunchtime as its an international campsite. We changed the number of people on our booking but I wanted to speak to you about this however I just got a reply by email. There was still confusion when we arrived which was eventually sorted out.
2. We tried to hire two bikes for 1/2 day at 11am only to be told by the lady on the desk that we could only rent bikes for 1/2 day at 1pm. This is understandable if we were trying to hire the day before as you would have the opportunity to rent the bikes out for the morning and the afternoon but on the day if nobody has rented the bike for the morning then if we wanted to take the bikes at 11am you would still get 1/2 days hire. As it was we didn't hire the bikes in the end.

Camping moyen au niveau des emplacements. Végétation pourrait être plus entretenue. Pas vraiment un restaurant mais plutôt un snack et cher. Animations décevantes. Personnel agréable. La voie verte aux abords est très pratique. Attention la perte de badge pour la douche coûte 25 euro! Camping qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.

It has only one toilette's building but the camping spreads over a large piece of land. Apart from the distance to the WC, there are not enough toilettes. Showers were neither enough. And whenever they were free, water was either too hot or too cold and not sufficient, on the other hand customers can't customise temperature. Another perl, only one washing machine and drier for the whole camping. Tidiness wise, toilettes were cleaned only once a day. Men toilettes didn't have fully functional light, so they were partially in the dark, maybe a trick to hide the dirt? Obviously the smell stayed even in the dark. Totally disgusting. In conclusion, maybe they got 4 starts because they have two swimming pools, as for the rest, they doesn't deserve them.

Super bien situé mais hygiène à revoir, l'animation reste correct pour les enfants mais pour les adolescents et parents trouver d'autres idées. L'animatrice super impliqué et trilingue voir plus. La piscine "chauffée" était froide mais je ne sais pas si c'est en rapport avec la chaleur. C'est dommage qu'elle ferme à 19h car nous pourrions en profiter plus l'été. En revanche les veilleurs de nuit font attention au bruit. Beaucoup d'enfants donc beaucoup de pleurs le matin.
Pour les sanitaires collectifs, manque de place, évacuations mal conçues... J'ai eu le droit aux menstruations lors de ma douche, super !! Obligé d'attendre pour prendre sa douche. Les 10 minutes par jour et par personne suffisent largement mais les systèmes ne nous à pas été expliqué comme il le faut. Le personnel était souriant.
En bref, le camping ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles.
(Séjour en tente du 22 au 27 août à 3 personnes)

But as I say don't be put off. Site is definitely 4 stars in my mind and we had a wonderful summer break. It just has the potential to be better with just a bit more effort especially at peak times when it feels crowded & facilities stretched.

Geen slechte camping, maar niet overal even proper.
Fietsen huren is duur, vooral omdat er geen korting gegeven wordt wanneer je voor meerdere dagen huurt.
Restaurant stelt niets voor. Er is trouwens enkel afhaalmogelijkheid.

Summer holiday august 2017. The sanitaiy block cannot be ventilated properly. Too much moisture.
The surface of the swimming pool is a little bit to rough.
Overall a very nice camping to spent your holiday.

4 day stay by lake annecy. The site was perfect, on arrival the reception staff couldn't be more helpful and spoke good English, pitch size was really good and the location perfect for cycling and close to beaches and supermarkets, located right on the cycle path so within easy reach of annecy main town. Sanitary block and powerful showers were some of the best we have used. The site was good for dog walking which is not always the case in annecy. Staff even helped with arranging our vet appointment for our return home journey to England. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: brilliant kids club, very safe & fun pool, close to everything, great mix of nationalities, relaxed vibe, safe for kids, very close to bike track, super U & annecy

nice campsite. Nice campsite, friendly personnel, really enjoyed our stay here. Liked the swimmingpool!
