Great people, great place and a lovely atmosphere for all ages.

The homemade pizzas, cooked in a special pizza oven and available once or twice a week are not to be missed, and there is a seating area (la tournelle) which can be used in the evenings, with wine available at a very reasonable cost.

The only negative point I have is that the hot water did occasionally run out in the shower blocks, and gas was not changed until the following day, even when the owners were notified the previous night (this happened twice in a 9 day stay). This, however, is the only gripe in an otherwise very pleasant stay here.

Great place. Good atmosphere. The local restaurant (on site) is very good and very affordable! Guests are mostly Dutch, some German, Belgian, French and British. Along a nice clear river to fish and swim.

Really nice family run camp site, approximately 33 large pitches plus a number of gites available. Most pitches are very well shaded under the trees. There is a beautiful river pool to swim in, which is fairly large, offering plenty of fairly private (shared only with other campers) space to swim, leap from rocks or soak up the sun. At night you can sometimes hear the wild boar who live in the woods!

Fabulous! Have made some friends for life and will continue to bless this campsite with my presence for years to come
Could not recommend more for all ages and backgrounds whether looking for an adventure holiday (there are many activities in the local area) or a relaxing get away.
This fun campsite and holiday home destination by the river is fit for everyone!!!
UNLESS YOU LIKE LUXURY SHOWERS OF COURSE!

Small simple campsite with 30-ish pitches under the trees, in a quiet environment with no noisy bars or playgrounds. The Herault river provides beautiful pools for swimming 2 mins from your tent. Friendly family welcome with the chance to have a glass of wine or a stone-baked pizza in the evening under the trees.

The weather was extremely hot in august when we went (35 - 40 degrees C), the location was beautiful, I recommend canoeing down the herault and the treetop trail (much like go-ape in the UK but a lot cheaper and quieter) parcours aventure which are both within 20-30 minutes drive of the site.
