We where traveling by motorcycles from South Germany on our way to Portugal when we decided we would find a place to camp for the evening. Very glad we did. When we arrived it was already almost 9pm and the restaurant had just closed. the staff was so kind to go ahead and take our order as the Chief had decided it was ok. The location is stunning and the views from when you hick up the dunes is breath taking. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Also they are very motorcycle friendly as well.

Not sure about pricing wise, (probably spendy), but this campground offers a nice through access to Dune Du Pilat which is nice.

Lovely campsite location and lots of shade. However poor toilet block, no hot water for shower or washing, toilet paper half the time. Had to walk to the newer toilet block twice the distance away. Staff at reception not that welcoming, one girl in particular quite rude. Worth it for the location.

We stayed here for one week and really enjoyed it. A beautiful scenery with direct access to the dune of pilat.
Even if the sanitaries were not the most up to date I can recommend this camping site.

Camping in a nice place (close to Pila's dune with direct access to it) and calm environment. The "bad" is that there is no light at all in some places, and some toilets and showers are not well maintained (water dropping down from pipes, and no light at night)

The campsite was very lively with families and children, meaning it was quite loud until later on at night. The on site shop was good but quite pricey. My pitch was directly under a very bright light, which was frustrating because it lit up all my tent during the night. The location was perfect however, which made the campsite worth the cost.

Unfortunately, the toilets are not so crisp.. lot slopes so it is difficult with wheelchair
