Camping propre et verdoyant. Toutefois nous avons été déçu par le restaurant du camping qui ferme à.....21h!!!!!!! De vrais fainéants! Quand on sait que la piscine ferme à 20h cela n'est pas compatible. Nous sommes 5 personnes, et le temps que tout le monde prenne sa douche à la fermeture de la piscine, c'était impossible pour eux de nous recevoir à 20h30 et on nous a dit de revenir plus tôt la prochaine fois! mdr mais on est en vacances hein, le but c'est de prendre son temps!!! Donc nous sommes allé manger au camping d'à côté qui était en plein "coup de feu" avec une carte snack bien fournie. Sinon la propreté des toilettes face à la piscine laisse à désirer. Mais ce sont les seuls points négatifs que j'ai retenu. Nos enfants ont vadrouillé en toute sécurité car pas de circulation et les logements sont très classe!! Merci à toute l'équipe nous reviendrons sûrement et chaud patate!!!

I have never been more disgusted by this treatment. We did make a mistake and were incredibly apologetic and also honest about it. We were also guests of that camp site but were treated in a terrible way.

We then went out for the day and returned to a replaced hob. This was replaced within a matter of hours and it was obvious that it was a second hand one from storage, so we thought it was sorted and there would be a small fee for this. We were then handed an invoice for 250 euros. Upon receipt of this, my Mum asked to see a breakdown of the spend here. The Manager explained that the second hand hob was temporary and that they had ordered a brand new one. We looked online for the brand of the hob and could see that the total handed to us was massively inflated so my Mum asked again to see the purchase receipt of the hob and any labour that went into fitting this. The Manager outright refused to show my Mum any evidence of the purchase of a new hob and then threatened to remove us from the site if we did not pay the 250 euros immediately. During this exchange the Manager raised his voice and spoke to my Mum with complete contempt.

Très très déçue du camping.personnel pas du tout aimable à part les deux dames du restaurant.prevoir de la monnaie si vous voulez jouer au billard ou baby foot car on nous envoie balader quand on demande de la monnaie.animations pas super et les moyens manquent pour un 5 étoiles compare à la sirene à côté.led portes de sécurité ne sont jamais fermées et le vigile n'est jamais la.la preuve on s'est volé deux vélos et on nous dit les gens sont partis entre les barreaux de la porte.ba oui bien sur.en plus tout est en suppléant, même le parking.franchement très déçu.jai l'impression d'avoir perdu mon argent.je le déconseillé fortement.lannee prochaine ce sera chez la sirene.

We were staying as a group split across two chalets and we had an incident with a coffee cup falling from the cupboard and damaging the touch hob glass. My Mum reported this to reception immediately as we felt terrible for the damage caused. We offered to pay the excess on the site insurance for repairing this but when we received a visit from the site Manager it appeared they had a different agenda.

Great place to pass a small holiday. Very nice environment with nice staff.

Terrible Management

The site Manager asked us whether we had civil insurance. This is not something we have ever been aware of as it is for the insurance of property, which is not something you usually take out when going on holiday and are staying as a guest on a site. Our insurance covers health and car hire cover. When we explained this to the site Manager he seemed shocked and said we would have to pay for the full cost of the repair. We then asked the site Manager why the camp site did not have insurance for it's chalets, as thought this would be standard if you own a business like this and are likely to get accidental damages with guests coming in and out. The Manager openly said to us that he 'did not want to claim on the camp site insurance because it would increase the premium'!

We were generally happy with the campsite itself, it was attractive and the facilities were fine. It was disappointing that the wifi was so expensive, this is usually a free facility on campsites so felt this was dated.

Nous avons. Passer deux semaines dans se camping loin de tout aucune ambiance pas de connexion internet loin de mérité cinq étoiles Bien si vous le calme

We will never be returning to this site and feel that the Manager should be reviewed in his role as his treatment towards us was disgraceful.

We ended up paying the 250 euros as the Manager would not give us the information we requested and did not wish to be thrown off the site.
