Perfect Camping place. Top located. Surfers Paradies. The Camping Crew is very polied and helpfull. It doesnt matter if you arrive with tents or Caravans bullies, you will find a nice place. Top Spot. Thx for the nice time.

We have been to Le pavillon Royal for the past 10 years and were further impressed by recent improvements.
All staff were very helpful indeed and maintained very high standards.
We hope to return in summer 2018.

The availability of WiFi is really poor. For an absolute insane price of 5 euro per day you can get only 1 device on the network. For a 5 star camping WiFi should be generally available and of superb quality and of course free of charge. Just like this is common in this type of campsites throughout Europe.

Great location to enjoy the superb waves of this part of the Atlantic Ocean. The campingsite is well equipped and clean. There are all kinds ways to entertain yourself. I would have liked a bit less steep price tag and there were still pitches available with room for a car available, though they gave us a pitch where we had to drag all our luggage far away from our car, though we could stay only for two days. That said this camping is a must if the sea means anything to you!

Awsome Camping! It isn't cheap but it is right next to the beach and the toilets are very clean. You can eat on the camping and there is entertainment as well. We had a great time!!

Thought that the experience was better than last year. Nice to see some improvements on the pitches. Little things like allowing the hedges between pitches to grow higher which improves privacy. Trees planted to demarcate pitches and will add shade over time.. Improvements in the Bar/Shop /Reception well thought out.

We are regular customers at the pavillon royal site. This is the first year with the new management and we see that new investments are done in the campsite.

The absolute main reason to come to Pavillon Royal is the seaside location! That is great. Furthermore the places are well, but not over, sized.

Camping next to the beach and the perfect place to go surfing. Approx 4 km from Biarritz centre. You can go there by bike but roads not flat. At the camping they do not have rental bikes. Camping has separate buildings for showers and toilets. End of August 2016 we paid 75 euro per night for 5 persons in a camper.

The restaurant and the camp shop are great and with fair prices.

The camping however has got a really premium price. A price that we only are willing to pay for the location. However if some advancements are being made, then the campsite itself would be a lot nicer.

For example it is really inconvenient that the toilets and showers are in separate buildings and not close to each other. And also the showers in the morning are dirty, which is because the cleaning simply starts to late.

Great facilities. Very close to beach for surfing, pleasant environment. Very expensive do do activities and for food/drink at restaurant but this is typical of this area. Restaurant fairly basic but fine.
We went low season and it would have been nice to have a bit of entertainment in the evening. Maybe a movie night or something going on as there wasn't anything to do in the local area.
Ideal place if all you want to do is surf or are able to get around by car to explore the nearby areas.

Great camping. We had a site with lots of shadow, wonderful beach, great surfing facilities, lots of nice villages in the inland mountain villages.

We had another great stay at your campsite, our tenth year. Well maintained, clean, friendly as always. Geraldine in the shop and David in the restaurant are superb. We sent several last minute emails making minor additions and alterations and it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you and see you next year.
