Warm friendly and relaxing

We have just returned from 3 weeks holiday at this charming camp site where we store our caravan. The location is quiet, relaxing and therapeutic. Donna-Marie and Mathew the site's new owners are very helpful and friendly, with ideas and plans to improve facilities without spoiling its nature.
Donna arranged a wine tasting visit at the local Chateau with a taxi service for her guests.(there are two vineyards in the village) The site's BBQ was a lovely informal opportunity to meet other guests.
Its location is ideal for us to collect our van and go exploring other areas of France if we wish, but we are also very happy to stay on site to chill and unwind from the rigours of every day life.
The sunsets are spectacular and the nights skies can be special.
Clere sur Layon is ideal for cycling and walking, plus there are many places to visit in the region. We will be back next year.
