Arrived at the gate, the gate opened, i assumed it was for me, i drove in in my motorhome and there was two caravans in the way so i had nowhere to go so went to reception and was greeted by a stroppy lady telling me i had blocked the road ! (It was already blocked !) Anyway, she booked us in and pointed to an area obviously used for 1 night people, the grass had not been cut, the hedges were overgrown and the area was uneven and generally tatty. We had a look around the rest of the site and as far as we could tell the whole place was the same, tatty and overgrown, the pitches were small and different shapes, mostly uneven ground, low trees everywhere, only good thing about the site was the pool and even that wasn't very big.
We had previously booked in the year before and paid a deposit and booking fee but broke down on the way, we emailed and asked if we could have our money back, no reply, tried again and asked to use that deposit for a different date, again no reply.
No customer service, no idea of how to make a place look tidy, won't be going back anytime soon.

The man was very rude we booked in late and the next morning we tried to go in the pool and he wouldn’t let us because we hadn’t payed for another night the camp wasn’t busy so was no reason we couldn’t use the pool the pitch was very small could only just get our camper van in there, he rushed us out the site the site at 11:30am because we was only staying one night, very disappointed by how rude the hosts were

Super camping, très propre et surtout très accueillant. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour du 3 au 10 juin, beaucoup de choses à voir dans les alentours, "les propriétaires du camping sont de très bon conseil pour les ballades et les visites" ils ont aussi une très bonne table, si vous y allez ne partez pas sans avoir gouter aux bon plats du camping "bravo à la cuisinière".

Super camping avec des proprios et leur enfants super sympa, on n'a passer 15 jours excellent ( bungalow toilé, soirée, loto ......) ,le camping est super bien situé géographiquement . les sanitaires sont très propres ( merci bouchra) .
tout était PARFAIT. la famille Varlet vous remercie .

Good size pitches. Siuted my 8.5myr twin axle caravan. Electric hookup can be a distance from pitch. Water point only at wash block.

There was a woman swimming in the pool that morning so I don’t see how you can say the pool was closed on that day!! Very poor excuse also when we went to the pool my father was on his way to the reception to pay for another night but decided not to after being shouted at by the ignorant host for trying to access the pool!

Camping étoilé, très calme, agréable, propre, Wifi, très accessible a 2 kms de l'A75.
Outre le Château de Séverac ou la Chapelle de Laurette, (voir dépliant) au départ de nombreuses belles randonnées, les Canyons, les Causses, les Lacs, l'Aubrac, la vallée du Lot...etc... région déclarée V.U.E "Valeur Universelle Exceptionnelle" du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
Restauration in situ non loin de la Piscine couverte, menu divers et variés, Brochettes à conseiller etc... Tout est élaboré maison par le chef cuisinier avec des produits frais et locaux...
Très souvent soirées a thème, avec ambiance musicale, jamais de débordement, tout est convivial, voir amical. Le patron, la patronne veillent avec efficacité et sourire au confort des vacanciers.
