This is a great camping for a week of D Day activities, you're right in the middle of all the interesting stuff and it's easily accessible by road. They recently renovated all their mobile homes which have comfortable beds and decent showers.

There is only wifi at the restaurant, though it is pretty fast. Mobile data coverage is spotty.

We had a fabulous week at Camping Portland and wouldn't hestitate to recommend to others. We particularly liked the location and easy access to Port-en-Bessin village for trips in the evening and with a lovely market.

Absolutely great place, they are very helpful and friendly. Big water park, big pitches they organise a lot of things for you and your family to do. I highly recommend it. 5 stars

Excellent location, just a walk along the cliff to Port-en-Bessin. Short drives to Pont du Hoc, Omaha Beach, the Overlord Museum, and just a little further to Bayeux and Caen. Cabins range from basic but clean, to quite luxurious. Camping pitches are all hedged off for privacy. There is a pool etc if you're into that sort of thing, or you can request a quiet corner. Dog friendly

Nice camping in the heart of Normandy. Great service and nice pitch, clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant and wi-fi available at said restaurant/bar. Shame it rained all week, but still had a nice week there.

Excellent site perfect for visiting D-Day sites. Visited in late May / June but outside pool not open and filthy, despite hot weather, hence indoor pool crowded. Good Cafe with good selection of food although a little pricey. Better value in town a short walk down steep hill.

brilliant holiday. staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. facilities were clean well maintained. good hot water etc. food was spot on. fresh well cooked brilliant service. pools were well looked after kids had a brilliant time. atmosphere was lovely everyone relaxed and happy because such a nice site. there was a circus turned up on our stay offered great entertainment. other extra entertainment for kids..inflatables no extra cost. will def go again. pitches were well maintained and very roomy. well worth a visit

great location, clean and quiet location. We stayed in a site-owned camper trailer and it was nice. onsite restaurant has a good food. Order your bread from reception and it will be delivered around 0730. Great for exploring the Normandy coast.
