Nous allons très souvent dans des campings et j'ai mis ce camping parmi les mieux où nous sommes allés durant ce week-end de 1er mai 2017, l’accueil est très satisfaisant, le parc aquatique très propre, le personnel est très avenant, le camping très bien entretenu et le mobile home ( grand large) très conforme à notre attente . Il est calme et très agréable. Maintenant je n'y suis pas allée en pleine saison mais je pense que je me tenterai un jour. Je recommande vivement ce camping.

Great holiday!. Superb campsite. Stayed here 3 years ago in a bungalow in may and this year in a tent in august .
Reminded me of a mini Center Parc in the sun. Lovely setting within numerous pine trees, great pool with indoor lazy river, one of the best I have been. And of course the outside rapid! (That is the reason we came back as it wasn't quite finished being built last time). The cycle path to Carcans starts just outside the camp which is great and the fabulous beach only 10mn walk away : what a show at sunset!

Mobil home propre et bien équipé. Installations de loisirs plutôt biens. En revanche, la surface des terrains laisse penser à une machine à fric. Le service du restaurant est d'un amateurisme total. Un des serveurs et son responsable n'en ont pas conscience et vous font comprendre que vous les emmerdez. C'est dommage, la cuisine plutôt est bonne.

This was our 12th visit to the site and to which the improvements each year keep getting better.

To accept a reservation online and accept payment for it, then cancel it by email while we are en-route, and then to be rude when we arrive because we should have known (yeah, right, I am really checking my email while driving a campervan around France!). Totally unacceptablle!

Best bit : the pool (the pool party in the evening was fab!! Teenagers loved it!) the setting and the staff (very friendly everywhere really) and campsite SO clean! Especially the pool and the sanitary blocks : the staff never stop cleaning and it shows, it is spotless, rare in campsite but very noticeable and important ; it does work. This is luxury camping.
Less good points : prices high in Supérette (but yeah it s convenient!) And also the outside rapid only open in the afternoon
Overall, brilliant! Well done and keep up the good work. I will recommend
