Been here for a week, excellent location to see lots of the chateaus in the area. Staff very friendly. There is a busy road to one side, but as long as you are not located nearby it is fine. Site is flat. Can get croissant and baguettes for following day.
Filling up the aquaroll takes forever! It is a push button system, and the flow rate is not good. Toilet emptying is only available at the far end of the site, which is a mighty trek from where I am. Toilet block was clean and the toilets had toilet paper on all the occasions I used it. Use shower in my van so can't comment on their showers. Did use the washing machine, €5 for a token. Rubbish disposal point is outside the entry gates, so you take it with you when leaving. Entry to the site is by a token which opens the barrier.

Friendly and well run site. Good campsite restaurant. Facilities clean. Hot water etc. Some road noise on one side of the campsite. Excellent access to cycle path by the Loire. Regular bus nearby into Tours.

Lovely little campsite. Went to the restaurant after they had stopped serving for the evening, starving but the lovely waitress said they could do us a pizza to take way and a bottle of wine, which was amazing as there was nowhere else around

Very nice camping, too close to the main road and civilisation for my taste but good overall.nice bar by the way ,nice staff,would not mind returning

OK for an overnight stop only. Lots of traffic noise from nearby busy road - don't come here for tranquility. Rest of campsite was quiet apart from our annoyingly loud family next to us. Toilets have piped radio music but don't expect toilet paper. Flooded ground next to water pipe near tent Fresh dog mess in middle of main path/road first thing in morning which no one cleaned up, including camp staff who drove over it a number of times. OK this is France but the rest of the developed world expects better. Lose one star.

We are both in our sixties and have a motorhome.
We wanted a site near Tours so that we could visit the city.
The bus was a ten minute walk and the ride took about 15 mins.
Brilliant! The site itself is very pretty and the reception very friendly and helpful. The facilities were lovely and warm, the showers roomy and plenty of hot water. the only downside if I were to be picky is no toilet paper, soap or hand dryer. One of my particular niggles is having to keep pressing the button on the shower every 10 seconds! But all in all it was a lovely few days and we would definitely come again.

Excellent camp site with lovely staff and right next to the river and nature reserve. Loved my stay there

Stopped here for 3 nights, site is nice and clean, big area for camping, the kids loved it in the park and they also had a bouncy castle that kept them occupied that was great for some adult time. Toilets and showers were clean. Staff were very help full and friendly, they also spoke good English. The food at bar was also good. Yes if I was in this area again I would definitely stop here

Quiet small site. OK facilities, hot showers. Great for touring caravan as pitches easy to access. Warm welcome on arrival. Leaflet from reception excellent..wish more sites gave a well designed information leaflet. Some road noise. We had pitch 23 and stayed one night on route, north and south. Would stay couple of nights next time to visit Tours. Good access off motorway. Children loved bouncy castle! Site has a lot of potential. Need to look after plants and get rid of dead bushes on pitches to enhance site. Saw a red squirrel as we drove in. Would use the site again.
