To the managers of this supermarket:

If you are with backpack and you want to enter the supermarket with it, your backpack will be tied with zip tie and if you have something important in your backpack, forget about to get this thing in case of need. It looks like very "funny" security policy. Honestly I am sick and tired of this. It's not my fault if they have big number of thefts. Black people secure the supermarket because of other black people. This is ridiculous (In general I don't have anything against the black people).

The customer support employs at the information-desk, which is nearby the entrance of the supermarket, they also don't speak English. WTF? WTF?

If you are foreigner and you don't speak French, it looks that the employs in this supermarket cannot say a word in English (of course they are not obligated to speak English, because this is France). I mean something very basic like to point you in the right direction where some goods in the supermarket are. It’s a total disaster.

For many goods are Lidl and Simply better choice. These tomatoes, which have Morocco origin and cost 1.89 Euro/kg, they are like made of plastic. Wow, just don't spend your money for these tomatoes. In general I think that Lidl is cheaper than Carrefour and it has better quality of the goods (In general there is no such thing like good quality of food in France, this is my personal opinion).

If you want fast service just avoid this supermarket. It's full of people and when is the busiest time during the day, not every pay-desk is open.

Please, improve the speed of your services. You've lost me already as a customer.
